How many gifts can we pack in a box? We certainly found out with our December box!
‘Tis the season for giving and receiving and that was the driving force behind our selections for this month’s box.
We wanted every subscriber to feel the excitement of unwrapping a gift as they opened this month’s box. We certainly felt like we were wrapping up gifts as we worked like Santa’s elves 🙂
Our December box included 2 yards of designer French Terry knit in one of two color schemes.
This fabric was super soft and perfect for the included pattern.
The December box included a hard copy of the Tunic Sweater by Gina Renee Designs. We loved the style and the dolman sleeves are perfect for a beginning sewing project, while still being a great project for sewists of all skill levels.
Our mini-project for December was perfect for gifting and looked great made from the included Leah Duncan “No Place Like Home” fabric from Cloud9 Fabrics. A set of coasters and a pair of mug rugs complete any gift and make for a quick and handy sewing project.
Included with the mini-project were Insul-Bright interfacing and Pellon fusible interfacing.
As always, all the patterns in the box have all the components needed to make them included as well 🙂
December’s box also included the following notions:
- Rainbow Unicorn Embroidery Scissors
- Package of Elastic (needed for the Tunic Sweater)
- Magnetic Pin Cushion
- “That Purple Thang”
- Coordinating Gutermann Thread
- Silicone Thread Peel
- Bobbin Buddy
